I am going to teach you how to share or transfer data on 9Mobile. Sharing data with family and friends are simple with 9mobile. There are different ways to share data on 9Mobile, and they are as follows:

• Family share data plan
• Data Transfer
• Multi-device plan
• Data gifting

The 9Mobile data-sharing methods mentioned above work differently and as well designed for different purposes, but I will explain each one of them for you to know which one best suits you.

1. Family Share Data Plan

This data-sharing method allows you to allocate some of your data to family and friends, and it allows you to share data to up to 5 9mobile users

Example: If you buy a 10GB 9Mobile data plan, you will be able to allocate part of the data to your parents, siblings, or friends up to 5 users.

To activate this, simply dial *917#, then buy any of the 9Mobile standard data plans.

To share the data dial *229*9*pin*data value*recipient number*3#

You can as well dial: *200# and follow the menu options.

2. 9Mobile data transfer

9Mobile data transfer allows you to transfer your data from one 9mobile user to another. However, you can only transfer a maximum of 200MB per transfer and a maximum of 1000MB per day.

To transfer your data to other 9Mobile users, all you need to do is to dial *229*pin*volume of the MB*recipient number#

Example: *229*2223*200*08091200000#

3. Multi-device Plan

The 9Mobile Multi-device plan allows you to buy one that plans for up to 4 different 9Mobile SIM cards.

Example: If your family uses 9Mobile, you can buy one data plan for all of your family members. A total of 5 SIM cards can use one data subscription.

To set up this Multi-device plan, simply dial *215*pin*1*new number*new puk#

To add other numbers, you can replace the one with 2, 3, or 4 if you are adding up to 4 numbers.

4. 9Mobile Data Gifting

9Mobile Data gifting allows you to buy data for someone using your SIM as a gift to family and friends.

To do this, all you need to do is dial *standard data plan code*recipient number#

Example: If you want to buy 1GB for someone, you will dial *229*2*7*the person number#

To buy 2GB for the person you will dial *229*3*4*the person's number#
