I think you subscribed to another GOtv package which was not the one you subscribed to initially, so you either downgrade of you subscribed to a high plan before or upgrade if you where on a lesser plan.

You can do that using GOtv mobile app or you send me name or the phone you bought the GOtv with then I will be able to do it for you from my side.

you subscribed to a new package which is not the one that you activated intially.

Your IUC number alone will not be enough for me to help you, I need a phone number or name used to register the GOtv
