I have a QSAT Q11G but out of date I wish to upgrade it to 2015 standard but I haven't got the software update. what do I do to update it to 2015 standard please?

Ask the person that installed it for you if there are any update available

I have confirmed that that Q sat is still working but you need ask your installer to upgrade it for you or if you go for the latest qsat in the market because all those old qsat software might not work again
