I have factory reset my decoder to no avail I have done the reactivation to no avail it says error occurred I WhatsApp and emailed no response my STB 33388273272 Western Cape zip code 7798 please I need help

Etv channels have no signal  im only left with Sabc 1 ,2 ,3 and sport on my decoder, its been like this for months now, what might be wrong?

I don't know what could be the problem, however, I suggest that you rescan your decoder and if it's not working then contact DSTv and explain your issue to them and am sure that they have a solution to your problems

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY OPEN VIEW DECORDER IT IS NOT CHANGING THE CHANNELS IT IS ONLY PLAYING CHANNEL 100 AND NOT RESPONDING TO THE REMOTE CAN ANYONE HELP ME
