I went to withdraw money using the pos service, the transaction failed  while I got debited and the money is yet to be reversed back to my account!?

Ten thousand naira was withdrew from my bank account twice without any destination that is twenty thousand naira on Monday 11:31am. my Account number 5453064273. phone number 08167278572..
